Chicken saute / saute of chicken / poulet saute


Ingredients 

200 gm Chicken 

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp pepper 

2 tbsp butter

4 tbsp jus lie sauce or Demi glace  

Method 

1. Marinate the chicken joints for 30 mins then roasted in butter 

2. Prepare jus lie sauce and pour it over the chicken 



3. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
