chicken saute Hongroise

 


Ingredients 

300 gm chicken 

2 tbsp Butter 

1 no Onion 

1/2 tsp chilli powder

2 nos tomatoes 

1 tsp cream 

200 gm Basmati rice ( pulao rice ) 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper

Method 

 1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper 

2. Heat the butter, add chopped onion and chilli powder 

3. Add the chicken and saute to cook in butter 



4. After 5 mins add the chopped tomatoes then cook it with chicken 

5. Make the pilaf with stock water 

6. Place the chicken center of plate then arrange the rice surround the chicken 

7. Pour the cream over the chicken
