Ingredients
2 nos Eggs
90 gm Refined flour
90 gm Sugar
90 gm Butter
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 cap Vanilla essence
Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar then make it as a fluffy cream
2. Separate the egg white and yolk
3. Add the yolk into the cream then mix it well
4. Add the flour and baking powder into the cream mixture to form a thick batter
5. Beat the egg white well till fluffy
6. Egg white fold it with batter then transfer into mold
7. Covered with aluminium foil on top then steam it in oven
8. Bake it for 1 hour at 180 c
