Albert pudding

 


Ingredients 

100 gm Butter 

100 gm sugar ( powder)

2 nos Egg 

2 tbsp milk 

120 gm Refined flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tbsp Vanilla essence 

Method 

1. Beat the egg well then add 50 gm of powdered sugar and vanilla essence

2. Make cream with fat and sugar then put it in egg mixture 

3. Pour the milk into the batter 

4. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture 

5. Transfer the batter into the greased tin, steam the pudding for 1 hour 30 mins
