Veg ball manchuruian / vegetable ball manchurian

 Ingredients 

For Ball 

50 gm cabbage 

50 gm carrot 

50 gm cauliflower 

40 gm refined flour 

20 gm corn flour 

1 tsp Schezwan chilli sauce 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper powder 

Oil - for fry 

For Sauce

1 no onion ( chopped ) 

3 nos Green chillies ( chopped ) 

1 tbsp Celery ( chopped ) 

1 tsp Ginger ( chopped ) 

1 tsp garlic ( chopped ) 

1 tbsp spring onion ( chopped ) 

1/2 cup Stock water 

1 tbsp schezwan chilly sauce 

1 tbsp say sauce 

2 tbsp tomato sauce 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Ajinomotto ( optional )

30 ml oil 

Method 

1. Prepare the balls with above all ingredients and then fried it in oil 

2. Heat the oil, add chopped celery, ginger, garlic and green chillies then saute it well 

3. Add onion and saute it well 

4. Add the chilli sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce then mix it well 

5. Pour the stock water, make it as sauce

6. Add the fried balls into sauce then mix it well 

7. Serve it as like dry or gravy with fried rice
