Spanish Omelette



 Ingredients 

2 nos Egg 

1/2 no onion

1/4 no capsicum 

1/4 tsp Parsley ( chopped)

2 tbsp Tomato concasse 

Tomato concasse 

1 no Blanched tomato

2 cloves Garlic 

1 no Bay leaf 

Method 

1. For making tomato concasse, remove the skin and chop the blanched tomatoes, In butter roast the chopped garlic and bay leaf then add the chopped tomatoes 

2. Beat the egg well, add salt, onion. capsicum, pepper powder, parsley and tomato concasse 


    

3. Melt the butter in pan then pour the egg mixture, cook it in both side
