Ingredients
2 cups Boiled rice ( basmati)
2 tbsp carrot ( chopped)
2 tbsp Beans ( chopped)
2 tbsp Cabbage ( chopped)
1 tbsp Onion ( chopped)
1 tbsp celery ( chopped)
3 nos Red chillies
1 tsp garlic ( chopped)
1 tsp Ginger ( chopped)
1 tbsp Spring onion
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Ajinomotto
Method
1. Boil the rice in hot water with 1 tbsp of oil to avoid stickiness, then dry it in plate
2. In hot oil add red chillies, chopped ginger, garlic, celery and onion then saute it well
3. Add the beans and carrot after blanched
4. Add the schezwan sauce, salt, ajinimotto
5. Now add the rice and stir it well in high flame
5. Finally add the chopped spring onion and serve with manchurian or chilli mushroom
