Ingredients
For omelette
2 nos Egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
For Stuffing
5 nos Mushroom (Sliced)
1/4 no Onion ( chopped)
Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp butter
Method
1. Heat the butter then add the onion, saute it well then add the mushroom, salt and pepper then keep it aside
2. Beat the egg well with salt and pepper
3. In pan heat the butter then pour the egg mixture
4. Add the stuffing above the omelette then fold it by half
5. Cook it for 3 mins then serve immediately
