Egg Mayonnaise / Oeuf Mayonnaise

 


Ingredients 

2 nos Boiled Eggs 

1/4 tsp Salt 

1/4 tsp Pepper powder 

1/4 no Tomato 

1/4 no Capsicum 

2 nos lettuce 

Mayonnaise 

1 no Egg Yolk 

1/4 tsp Salt 

1/4 tsp Pepper powder 

1/2 tsp Mustard powder 

130 ml Oil 

5 ml Vinegar 

Method 

1. Boil the eggs in hot water for 10 mins then keep it aside 

2. Prepare the mayonnaise with separate the egg yolk and add salt,pepper,mustard powder, vinegar then gradually pour the oil and make a smooth paste texture 

3. Cut the boiled egg and remove the yolk and mix it with mayonnaise 

4. Use the piping bag and make a filling with boiled white egg 

5. Arrange on lettuce and decorate with strips of capsicum and tomato
