Ingredients
250 gm chicken
For Batter
50 gm Refined flour
20 gm corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Ajinomotto (Optional )
Oil - For fry
For Sauce
1 no Onion ( diced)
1/2 no Capsicum ( diced)
3 nos Greenchillies ( diced)
1 tbsp Ginger ( chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic ( chopped )
1 tbsp Celery ( chopped)
1 tbsp Schezwan chilly sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Stock water
30 ml oil
2 tbsp Spring onion (Strips)
Method
1. Wash the chicken ( with or without bones) and keep it aside
2. Prepare the batter and mix with chicken and fried it in oil
3. Heat oil for sauce, Add chopped ginger, garlic, celery and green chillies
4. Add diced onion, capsicum then saute it well
5. Pour the schezwan sauce, soy sauce, salt, ajinomotto and pepper
6. Pour the stock water and check the seasoning
7. Add fried chicken into the sauce and saute it till dry, finally garnish with spring onion
