Ingredients
500 gm chicken
3 nos tomatoes
5 nos Mushroom
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
4 cloves garlic
1 no Onion
250 gm Basmati rice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp parsley ( chopped )
3 cups stock water
Method
1. Boil the chicken in stock water
2. Strain the chicken, marinate with salt and pepper then fried it butter
3. Heat the butter, saute the chopped garlic, onion and mushroom then pour it over fried chicken
4. Cook the rice in stock water as a pulao
5. De-seed the tomatoes make it as like cup then fill the cooked rice
6. place the chicken sides of the plate and fill the tomatoes in center
