Bread and butter pudding

 Ingredients 

2 nos Eggs

50 gm Powdered Sugar

100 ml Milk 

5 ml Vanilla essence

1 tbsp Raisins 

2 slice Bread 

Method 

1.  Beat the whole egg with sugar, vanilla essence and milk 

2. In double boil method make it as a thick sauce 

3. Apply the butter in mould, arrange the bread,Sprinkle the raisin then pour the batter over it 

4. Bake it for 25 mins at 180°c
