Parotta / Paratha

 Ingredients 

500 gm Refined flour 

1 tsp Salt 

200 ml Milk or Water 

For Layer 

100 ml Oil

Method  

1. Take the flour in vessel then mix it well with salt.

2. Gradually pour the water or milk to make a soft dough, Keep it aside for rest for 1 hour

3.  Divide into each balls and apply oil 

4. Roll out with rolling pin then use our hand to throw it and also rotate it evenly with same speed 

5. After stretched fully then apply the oil, roll it into round 

6. Again roll it with pin, cook it in tawa (griddle) apply oil, turn and cook both sides 

7. After take out from tawa, beat it with hands. Serve it immediately with chicken salna or veg khuruma
