Pani Puri

 Ingredients 

For Puri 

2 cup Sooji ( white Rawa)

1 cup Refined flour ( maida)

salt - 1/2 tsp 

Water - to mix 

Oil - for fry 

For chutney (pani )

1 bunch Mint leaves 

1/2 bunch Coriander leaves 

4 nos Green chilles 

10 gm Ginger 

10 gm Garlic 

1 tsp salt

2 tsp chaat masala

1 no lemon ( juice)

For stuffing 

3 nos Boiled potatoes 

1 tsp chilli powder 

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice 

1 no chopped onion

 Method 

1. Make a dough with sooji, refined flour, salt and water to make dough 

2. Roll out like a chappati then cut into small rounds then fry it in oil 

3. Make a chutney with above all ingredients together put it in mixer jar then ground into fine paste 

4. Pour the water like a watery consistency 

5. Mash the potatoes then add the chopped onions, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and lemon

6. Arrange the puri in plate 

7. Stuff the potato stuffing in each puri then serve it with pani immediately
