Mysore pak

 Ingredients 

1 cup Bengal gram flour 

1 1/2 cup Sugar 

1 cup Oil (or) Ghee (clarified butter)

1/2 cup water 

Method 

1. Roast the gram flour then keep it aside 

2. Heat the sugar with water to make thick syrup 

3. Roasted flour is mixed with oil and keep it aside 

4. Gradually pour the flour and oil mixture into the syrup then mix it continuously till thick consistency 

5. Pour the ghee or oil every 2 mins 

6. After for a fluffy texture turn into greased plate then cut into log shape or diamond
