Ingredients
100 gm Refined Flour
100 gm Sugar
3 nos Eggs
1 gm Baking powder
2 ml pineapple essence
1 gm Salt
5 gm Gel
20 ml water
15 ml Oil
Method
1. Sirve the flour with baking powder and then add salt in it
2. Beat the egg well then add the powdered sugar then make it fluffy
3. Beat the gel with water till it get foam
4. Add the essence
5. Fold the flour gradually, mix it well then make the batter without lumps form
6. Finally add the oil then mix it well without disturb the foam
7.Pour the batter into the tray and bake it at 180℃ for 25 mins
