Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken
2 nos Cinnamon
2 nos Cloves
1 no kalpasi (Stone flower)
3 nos Cardamom
2 nos Staranise
2 nos Greenchillies
2 nos Sliced onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 nos tomatoes
1 tbsp mint leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
5 tbsp oil
for Paste
10 nos Garlic
1/2 no coconut
Method
1. Make a ready of sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, sliced tomatoes and slit green chillies
2. Heat the oil in kadai, add the whole garam masalas, after roasted then add sliced onion and green chillies then make it light brown colour
3. Add ginger garlic paste then saute it well
4. Add the sliced tomatoes and salt then make it sauce texture
5. Put the powdered masalas like chilly powder, turmeric, curry powder and coriander powder then saute for 2 mins
6. Pour the 3 cups of water then leave it to boil
7. After boil add the washed chicken into it
8. Grind the coconut and garlic, make it paste then pour it in gravy after the chicken is tender
9. Finally add the chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves then serve it with chapati or paratha
