Ingredients
1/2 kg Mutton
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup curd
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
1 no cinnamon
3 nos cloves
1 no bay leaf
2 nos cardamom
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp fennel seed or powder
Ratan josh - a pinch
Method
1. Heat ghee then add cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, ratan josh and cinnamon roast it for 2 mins
2. Add mutton into it then cook for 5 mins
3. Beat the yoghurt with chilli powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, and salt then pour it over the mutton
4. Pour 5 tbsp hot water then leave it to cook in low flame
5. stir it for every 5 mins, check the salt if need add
6. Cook the meat for 30 mins then finally add the asafoetida, Gravy must be thin consistency
7. After finish the dish, close it and left for an hour to enjoy the good flavor
