Ingredients
For dough
150 gm Refined flour
1/2 tsp Salt
water - For dough making
For Masala
1 no onion
1 no potato
1 no carrot
1/4 no Capsicum
4 nos Beans
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt - to taste
For coating
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp Refined flour
3 tbsp Corn flour
10 tbsp Bread crumbs
Oil - to fry
Method
1. Make a dough with refined flour then keep it aside for 15 mins
2. Chop the all above vegetables
3. Heat the oil and saute the onion till light brown colour
4. Add the chopped beans, carrot, potato and capsicum the saute it well
5. Add the powdered masalas chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt
6. Divide the dough into small balls then roll it like a thin round
7. Place the stuffing and roll it like a spring roll
8. Roll out the roll in batter then coat with bread crumbs
9. Fry it in hot oil till golden brown colour
10. Serve it with mint chutney or sweet chutney
