Tendli Batata nu Shaak / Potato and ivy ground


Ingredients 

2 cups ivy gourd 

1 cup Potatoes (finger strips)

1 tbap oil

1/2 tsp cumin 

1/2 tsp mustard 

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp chilli powder 

1/4 tsp cumin powder 

1/4 tsp coriander powder 

1/2 tsp sugar 

2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Method 

1. Heat the oil then add mustard seeds and cumin

2. Add the gourd(slit), potatoes, turmeric, chilli powder and salt,sugar sprinkle some water to cook it 



3. finally add the cumin powder, coriander powder and coriander leaves then cook it for 2 mins then serve
