Pineapple Pudding



Ingredients 

100 gm Butter 

100 gm Sugar 

2nos Egg 

3 drops Pineapple Essence 

1/2 tsp Baking powder 

2 nos Cherry 

Method 

1. Cream the fat and 50 gm of sugar to make a fluffy texture 




2. Beat the egg, pineapple essence and 50 gm of sugar then beat it well 



3. Add the egg mixture to cream then mix it thoroughly

4. Finally sieve the flour and baking powder into the batter 



 5. Grease the mould or in parchment paper then place the cherry and pineapple in bottom, pour the batter on it 



6. Bake it for 35 mins at 180 c
