Ingredients
1/2 kg Refined flour ( Maida )
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Oil
2 cups Milk
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
Method
1. Beat the milk, curd, sugar, salt, oil and baking powder in vessel
2. Take the flour in another vessel, Pour the beated mixture into the flour then make a fine soft dough and keep it aside for 15 mins
3. Divide the balls into equal size then roll out and use the hand to make as a oval shape
4. Cook it in tandoor or tawa
5. After complete the cooking apply the butter on top of naan and serve with any butter masala gravy
