Ingredients
200 gm Mushroom
1 no Onion ( sliced)
3 nos Greenchillies ( slit)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander leaves ( chopped )
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Method
1. Slice the onion and mushroom then keep it aside
2. Add the sliced onion and salt in hot oil, make it light brown colour then add the slit green chillies, saute it well
3. Add the sliced mushroom then saute it without water till the mushroom tender consistency
4. Add all the powdered masalas then mix it well till oil removing stage from mushroom.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves then serve with rice
