Ingredients
1 cup Gram flour
3 tbsp ghee
5 tbsp milk
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp rose water (or) few drops rose essence
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Saffron - Pinch
1 tsp grated pista
1 tsp cashew nuts
1 tsp almond
Method
1. Mix the warm milk and saffron keep it aside
2. Combine the milk, 3 tbsp ghee with gram flour then keep it aside for 30 mins
3. Pass through the mixture with strainer to remove lumps
4. Heat the ghee in kadai then add the gram flour mixture the stir it for 5 mins
5. Gradually add the sugar and stir in slow flame
6. Add the rose water or essence and cardamom powder then mix it continuously
7. Grease the tray with ghee
8. Pour the mixture in greased tray then sprinkle the pista, almond and silver paper
9. Cool it for 1 hour
10. Cut into desire shape then serve
