Ingredients
200 gm Wheat Flour
30 ml oil
1/2 tsp salt
water to mix
Filling
1 cup chopped potatoes
1/2 cup green peas (crushed)
1 cup cabbage ( chopped )
2 tbsp oil
2 nos chopped onions
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp greenchilli paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp coriander leaves ( chopped )
Oil - for fry
Method
1. Take the flour in vessel, add the oil and salt then mix it well, gradually pour the water to make a dough
2. In oil saute the chopped onion till light brown colour, then add the ginger and greenchilli paste
3. Add the chopped potatoes, cabbage, and crushed green peas, sprinkle some water to make cook of vegetables
4. After vegetables tender, switch off the fire then pour the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
5. Divide the dough into even size balls then Rolled out into oval shape then cut into two pieces
6. Fold into cone shape, put the stuffing then close the edges with batter or water
7. Fry it in medium hot oil then make it as golden colour
8. serve it with mint chutney or sweet chutney
