Ingredients
4 nos Boiled eggs
1 tsp Ginger -Garlic paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 no Chopped onion
1 no Tomato
2 nos Green chillies
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Method
1. Boil the eggs and chopped it and keep it aside
2. Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste,green chillies then saute it for a mins
3. Add the turmeric powder, tomatoes and salt then saute it well for a 2 mins
4. Add garam masala and saute it, then add the chopped eggs and mix it slowly in all the sides
5. Finally add the pepper powder and coriander leaves then serve it with rice
