Ingredients
1/4 kg Ivy Gourd
1/2 salt
3 tbsp Peanuts
for tempering
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Split black gram
1 sprig curry leaves
for masala
1 tsp bengal gram
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 no Red chilly
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp grated coconut
Method
1. Make a dry roast of bengal gram, coriander seeds, red chilly and cumin seeds, after roast of above ingredients then add the grated coconut
2. cool it and make a powder in mixer grinder
3. Heat the oil then add the mustard seeds, black gram curry leaves
4. Add the ivy gourd ( cut into lengthwise) into the tempering then fry it till done of vegetable
5. Add the ground masala into the vegetable then roast it well
6. Finally add the roasted peanuts then tossed it
7. serve it with rice
