Besan Ladoo / Gram flour ladoo


Ingredients 

250 gm Gram flour 

150 gm Sugar (powdered)

1 tsp Cardamom powder 

20 nos Cashew nuts 

20 nos Raisins 

10 tbsp Ghee 

Method 

1. Roast the gram flour in kadai in low flame to remove raw flavour for 10 mins 



2. Pour the ghee into the flour then again roast it for 5 mins 



3. Remove from fire then add the powdered sugar, mix it thoroughly 



4. Add the cashewnuts, raisins, and cardamom powder then mix it 



5. After cool (Hand holding temperature), Make it balls and serve
