Bebinca / Goan Bebinca / Goan sweet



Ingredients 

2 nos Egg Yolks 

40 gm Refined flour 

100 gm Sugar 

40 ml Coconut milk 

40 gm Butter 

1 gm Nutmeg 

Method 

1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and nutmeg powder then gradually pour the coconut milk 

2. Gradually add the flour to make a batter 

3. In a bakery tray apply the butter and pour the one layer of batter 

4. Bake it for 7 mins then take out from oven, pour the second layer of batter 

5. Again bake it, repeat the process by multiple layer till batter need to over 

6. After baking cool it for 15 mins then cut into pieces and serve
