Ingredients
1/4 kg Brinjal (purple colour)(large size )
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 no Onion ( chopped)
2 nos Tomatoes (chopped)
2 nos Greenchillies (chopped )
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped )
Method
1. Wash the brinjal then make a small holes and apply some oil on top of the skin
2. Cook it in open flame or charcoal fire or oven till the water dropping consistency
3. Cool it and remove the skin and chopped or mashed it
4. In oil add the chopped onion, greenchillies and garlic, saute it well
5. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and chilli powder then saute well till oil release consistency
6. Add the chopped brinjals then mix thoroughly and cook it for 5 mins
7. Finally sprinkle the coriander leaves, serve with roti or naan
