Nattu kozhli soup / chicken soup/ Nattu kohli soup



Ingredients

3 tbsp oil

1 no Onion

2 spring curry leaves

1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste

2 nos Tomatoes

1 tbsp Coriander powder

1/2 tsp Chilli powder

1/2 tsp curry powder

100 gm chicken bones ( broiler or country chicken)

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method

1. In hot oil, add onion and curry leaves to make light brown colour

2. Add ginger-garlic paste then stir it continually

3. Add chicken bones and salt then stir it, add chopped tomatoes then saute it well 




4. After well mashy texture then add chilli powder, curry powder and coriander powder stir it without burn



5. Pour 10 cups of water then leave it to cook the chicken



6. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder then serve it with hot
