Kerala Rice



Ingredients 

1/2 kg Matta rice ( kerala Rice )

6 cups (3 litres) of water 

1 tsp salt 

Method 

1. Wash and Soak the rice for a hour

2. Boil the water then add the soaked rice and salt the leave it to cook till soft and fluffy 

3. Once boiled strain out the excess water and serve with curry
