DALCHA / MUTTON BONE DALCHA / DALCHA FOR BIRIYANI



Ingredients 

100 gm Mutton Bones 

100 gm Bengal gram 

50 gm Red gram 

1 no Onion 

1 no Tomato 

4 nos Cardamom

1 no Cinnamon 

2 nos Bay leaf 

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 

3 nos Brinjal

1/2 Raw  mango 

2 nos Green chillies 

1 tsp Chilli powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 

1 tsp Curry powder 

2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp 

4 tbsp Coconut paste 

Method 

1. Wash the mutton and dhals separately

2. Boil the mutton bones with the bengal gram, salt, turmeric and red gram till mashing consistency 




3. In oil fry the cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf and onion make it light brown colour then add ginger- garlic paste, then roast it well






4. Add the masalas like chilli powder, curry powder then add the brinjals and raw mango then saute it well

5. Pour 1 cup of water and leave it to cook till tender 

6. finally add the cooked bones, dhals, and ground coconut paste  into it 






7. Leave it to cook for 10 mins then add the chopped coriander leaves 

8. Serve it with hot biryani
