Ingredients
100 gm Ada ( Ready-made)
1/2 Coconut
100 gm Jaggery
5 nos Cardamom
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
1 tbsp chopped coconuts
Method
1. In hot water soak the ada for 15 mins
2. Take the two extracted coconut milk and keep it aside
3. Heat the milk and add the soaked ada and leave it to boil
4. Add crushed cardamom and crushed jaggery then stir it continuously
5. Heat the ghee then add cashewnuts and chopped coconuts,roast it and pour it over ada pradamam
