Ingredients
100 gm Flour
40 gm cornflour
70 gm fat
60 gm Sugar
5 gm raisins
2 gm tutty fruity
2 gm cashew nuts
1 no dry cherry
1 no Egg white
1 /4 tsp Baking powder
few drops - Butter scotch essence
Method
1. Cream the fat and sugar in vessel till it fluffy
2. Pour the essence and mix it well
3. Add the egg white into the cream and beat it well
4. Add the cornflour and mix it
5. Sieve the refined flour and baking powder into it, mix it well and make a soft dough
6. Use the hand to make a round balls of even size, then press it slightly, or use the desire cutter to cut in heart shape then arrange it in tray
7. Bake the cookies at 180 ℃ for 20 mins
