Ingredients
For Dough
200 gm Refined flour
10 gm Sugar
10 gm fat
3 gm yeast
1/4 tsp Salt
For Stuffing
2 nos Onion
1/2 no Capsicum
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Fresh Corn
3 tbsp Tomato Puree
3 tbsp Cheese ( grated )
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp oil
Method
1. Soak a yeast in lukewarm water. Take a refined flour, sugar,salt, fat and soaked yeast
2. Mix it all well then gradually pour the water to make a very soft yeast dough, left it for fermentation for 20 mins
3. In kadai, heat oil then add the sliced onion, make it light brown colour
4. Add sliced capsicum, corn, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato puree and salt
5. Divide the dough into 4 balls then roll out into flat, make a hole with fork
6. Place the stuffing above the roll, grate the cheese above the suffing then closed with another rolled dough
7. Make the roll in all the edges
8. Make a hole above the pizza
9. Bake it for 15 mins at 170℃
10. Cut it into triangle then serve with oregano and chilli flakes
