Ingredients
250 gm Refined flour
10 gm Butter
10 gm Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
6 gm Yeast
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Rosemarry
Water - to mix
Stuffing
1 no onion
1 no carrot
1 no tomato
1/2 no capsicum
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp tapico chilli sauce
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 tsp garlic powder (or ) 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Method
1. Soak the yeast in water with sugar
2. In refined flour add the sugar, butter, salt,thyme, rosemarry and soaked yeast then mix it well
3. gradually pour the water to make a very soft dough then leave it for fermentation
4. For stuffing - Heat the oil then saute the sliced onion make it light brown colour
5. Add the garlic powder, carrot, tomato and capsicum then saute well
6. Add the salt, pepper and chilli sauce
7. After fermentation, make into roll shape
8. Grease the container then place the roll and leave it for proofing
9. Bake the bread for 30 mins at 175 ℃
10 slice the bread and place the vegetable stuffing and serve
