Veg Quiche / potato and egg quiche



Ingredients 

For Quiche dough 

200 gm Butter 

200 gm Flour 

1/4 tsp Salt 

Water - to mix 

Stuffing 

2 nos Egg 

1 no Potatoes ( Grated ) 

1 no chopped Onion 

1/2 no Capsicum 

1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper powder 

1 no tomato 

1 tbsp cheddar cheese 

Method 

1. Mix the fat, salt and flour to make dough, keep it in refrigeration for 10 mins 

2.  Beat the egg well with onion, potatoes, capsicum, salt and pepper powder  



3. Shape the dough into quiche mould then fill the egg mixture 


4. Above egg mixture add the grated cheese and sliced tomatoes 

5. Bake it for 20 mins at 180℃
