Ingredients
2 clove minced garlic
2 cups long grain rice
4 cups Chicken Stock
1 no Onion ( Chopped )
2 tbsp Olive oil (or) Oil
1 no Tomatoes ( chopped )
1 pinch Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
Method
1. Heat oil and roast the rice till it turn light brown colour
2. Heat oil, add onion and garlic then saute it well
3. Add the chopped tomatoes then saute for a min
4. Pour the 4 cups of stock water then leave it to boil
5. Add roasted rice into the broth mixture
6. Stir it occasionally till the rice should tender
7. Remove from heat, if all the water become dry
8. Serve it hot immediately
