Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 nos Large Potatoes ( chopped)
1 no Onion ( sliced)
2 nos Eggs
salt
Method
1. Heat oil then add sliced onion, salt and potatoes stir till it tender
2. Beat the egg well with salt
3. Pour it over the potatoes then slightly stir to make omelet
4. Turn the other side to make fluffy omelet
5. Cut and serve immediately
