Spaghetti with meat balls

 Ingredients 

2 tbsp basil ( chopped )

2 tbsp Parsley ( chopped )

1/2 tsp Oregano 

Salt - to taste 

1/4 tsp Pepper powder 

3 nos Garlic ( minced) 

1/2 cup Water 

200 gm Minced meat 

1/4 cup bread crumbs 

3 tbsp Cheese ( grated )

300 gm Spaghetti 

1 no egg

Marinara Sauce 

100 gm Tomatoes ( blanched )

1 no Onion 

4 nos Garlic cloves 

2 tbsp Oil 

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp redchilli flakes 

salt 

Method 

1. Boil the Spaghetti then drain and keep it aside

2. To make the marinara sauce, blanch the tomatoes and chopped it 

3. Heat the oil and fry the garlic then chopped onions 

4. Add the oregano, salt, chilli flakes and tomatoes then make it a thick sauce 

5. For make meat balls, mix the minced meat, salt, pepper powder, oregano, basil, parsley, bread crumbs and egg then make it as like balls 

6. Heat the oil then fry the balls or bake it 

7. Put the balls into the marinara sauce then cook it with sauce for 10 mins 

8. Add the spaghetti then mix it well 

9. Finally garnish with grated cheese then serve
