Potato Croquettes

Ingredients 

200 gm Potatoes

1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 

1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tbsp Pepper powder 

1 no Egg white 

4 tbsp Bread crumbs 

Method 

1.  Boil the potatoes then mashed it well 

2. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg powder then mixed it well 

3. Shape the potatoes into cylindrical shape then coat the egg white 

4. Roll out the croquettes into the bread crumbs 

5. Deep fry the croquettes in hot oil 

6. Serve it with mayonnaise sauce
