Pineapple Empanadas

Pineapple Empanadas 



Ingredients 

For Dough 

30 gm Butter 

20 gm Cream Cheese 

100 gm Refined Flour 

1/2 tsp Salt 

Stuffing (Pineapple Preserve )

200 gm Pineapple 

50 gm Sugar

4 tbsp water

For coating 

1 no egg 

1 tbsp granulated sugar  

Method 

1. Cream the butter and cream cheese well then add the salt and flour to make smooth dough 

2. Keep it in the refrigerator for 20 mins 

3. Heat the water then add the chopped pineapple and sugar to make as like a jam 

4. Divide the dough into small balls then roll out in round shape 



5. Place the stuffing in center then close in half circle 



6. Use the fork and press the corners to make a design 




7. Egg wash the above layer then sprinkle the sugar on it, Bake it for 20 mins at 180℃
