Ingredients
100 gm Refined flour
115 gm Powdered Sugar
4 nos Eggs
1/4 tsp Baking powder
2 ml Pineapple essence
30 ml Melted butter
Icing
50 gm Butter
150 gm Icing Sugar
3 ml pineapple essence
Few drops Yellow food colour
1 tbsp Milk
Method
1. Melt the butter and cool it
2. Beat the egg well then gradually add the sugar and continue the beating
3. Add the essence and do the beating
4. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture
5. Fold it slowly, no need to beat
6. Finally add the melted butter then mix it
7. Bake it for 35 mins at 180℃
Icing
1. Cream the butter with sugar
2. Add the essence and colour in it to make a colorful fluffy cream
