Nut Leaf cookies


Ingredients 

100 gm Butter

64 gm Sugar 

32 gm egg 

200 gm flour  

Method 

1. Cream the fat and sugar then add the egg into the cream 

2. Add the flour to make a dough

3. Rest the dough in refrigerator for 30 mins 

4. Roll the dough and use the leaf cutter to cut

5. Bake it at 180 ℃  for 20 mins to make golden brown colour 

6. Dip the half part of cookies into tempered chocolate and serve
