Nankhatai / Plain Nankhatai

 Ingredients 

100 gm Refined flour 

60 gm Butter 

50 gm Powdered Sugar 

3 ml Water 

6 ml Curd 

1/4 tsp Baking Powder 

1 gm Nutmeg Powder 

1 gm Cardamom Powder 

10 nos Pista nuts ( For Topping ) 

Method 

1. Cream the fat, sugar and water 

2. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the cream.

3. Add the nutmeg powder, curd and cardamom powder to make a soft dough 

4. Dusting the tray and keep it ready 

5. Divide the dough into even sized balls and place it on the tray 

6. Place the pista nuts above the balls gently 

7. Bake it for 20 mins at 175℃
