Ingredients
5 gm Gelatin
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Salt - pinch
1 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 tbsp almond
3 nos pista
2 tbsp Jam
Method
1. Soak the gelatine in hot milk, then mix well till it form a thick sauce consistency
2. Heat the milk with sugar, vanilla, salt, cashew nuts and almond.
3. Take it out from fire and cool it then add the honey and gelatin mixture
4. Transfer into greased mould then freeze it for 2 hours
5. Demould it and garnish with jam and pista.
6. Serve it chill
