Ingredients
150 gm Sugar
120ml corn syrup
60 ml water
1 cap Vanilla essence or extract
Salt - pinch
Gelatin mixture
8 gm gelatin
60 ml water
Dusting
1 cup Sugar Powder
1 tsp oil
Method
1. Add the sugar in water mix it well, add the corn syrup into it
2. Mix it continuously in heat to make thick first ball consistency
3. Soak the gelatin in hot water to make as like a sauce then add gradually into the sugar mixture to form a smooth white texture, (if you want colorful marshmallows, you can add colours)
4. whisk it continuously to make a fluffy
5. Apply oil in tray and dusting with icing sugar
6. Transfer the mixture to the tray and make even with spatula or fingers.
7. Dry out for 30 mins then Cut byit into square pieces then serve
