Langue de chat / cat tougue cookies



Ingredients 

125 gm Refined flour 

60 gm Butter

125 gm Sugar 

1 no Egg 

1 tsp Vanilla powder or Essence 

Method 

1. Beat the egg well, then add the sugar, essence and butter

2.  Finally add the flour and fold it gently 

3. Transfer the batter into pipping bag and make it a strips 

4. Bake it at 175℃ for 15 mins
