Irish Tea Cake


 Ingredients 

60 gm Refined flour 

15 gm Butter 

10 gm egg

40 gm Black tea

50 gm Raisins

36 gm Sugar or Brown sugar 

Method 

1. Make a black tea with 32 gm of water with 18 gm of Tea powder. 

2. switch off the fire then add the raisins and sugar into black tea 

3. Cream the butter then add the egg and flour fold it gently 

4. Mix the butter mixture into the black tea mixture then beat it well 

5. Pour the batter into the tin, then bake it for 30 mins at 175 ℃
